Actually...to clarify what he said. You need to put a tube in the tire, but you do not have to use a "tube tire". You can simply put a tube in a tubless tire. Basically, you can put a tube in a tubless tire, but you can't use a tube tire without a tube. (Try saying that 10 times fast) I've been riding on dunlops for awhile(tubeless tire), and I think they handle better than the IRC factory tires. I'm not sure if they're radials...I really don't think they are.
